How we run a commercial job
- Bid — plans in, hard number out. Line-item scope, lead times flagged early.
- Schedule — we sequence with your other trades and hit our windows, including nights and weekends when the operation can't close.
- Install — substrate prep, waterproofing, and setting to spec and brand standard, documented as we go.
- Close out — punch list cleared fast, site clean, paperwork complete.

Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes — occupied stores and restaurants usually mean off-hours work. We plan crews around your operating schedule so the doors stay open.
Can you handle multi-site programs?
Yes. Brand-standard work travels well: same materials, same details, same crew leads across locations. Tell us the rollout schedule and we'll build to it.
Do you carry the insurance and documentation GCs need?
Licensed (CSLB #1117563) and fully insured — COIs, lien releases, and closeout docs handled promptly. Ask for whatever your contract requires.
What trades do you self-perform?
Tile and stone installation, slab fabrication and countertops, flooring, and the prep behind them — waterproofing, substrate flattening, cement board. That scope never leaves our crews.
